
The Charleston Area Beekeepers Association (CABA) Honey Bee Expo
Each April we ask the general public to be a part of the amazing world of honey bees and other native pollinators.

A free, family-friendly event from 10:00am until 1:00pm!
The purpose of this community outreach event is to provide a platform for sharing educational information with the public about bees, the art of beekeeping, and to promote actions that support health and sustainability of pollinators in our community and the environment of coastal South Carolina.
Location
Our location for the Expo is Magnolia Park and Community Garden in partnership with the Charleston Parks Conservancy at 720 Magnolia Road in Charleston, SC, and can “bee” another huge success if you will join us! Please Volunteer
Volunteers are welcomed and needed to help with: Parking, Vendor support and organization, Cotton Candy booth, Raffle booth, Publicity, Recycling, Guest Speaker Coordinator, Honey Tasting, Set-up and Take-down. Volunteers must be at least 16 and in good health.
Become a Vendor
In an effort to maintain the theme and primary purpose of the event, the degree by which a vendor/exhibitor’s products, mission, or services align with the theme will be a contributing factor in the application approval process. The event organizer has a responsibility through oversight of CABA Board of Directors to approve or deny applications and may close a concession or vendor space not being operated in compliance with provisions of this agreement or in the best interest of the event and its patrons.
